| We'll smoke the monster out! |
| Yet another obscure pop culture reference...Alice in Wonderland, for those of you that don't already know. :) Anyway, in grand Memorial Day tradition, we're cooking outside today. There's one slab of ribs in the smoker and one waiting to go on the grill. Barb is bringing over potato salad and macaroni salad, and there's a bunch of fresh corn soaking in the kitchen, waiting to go out on the grill. I don't know if it's because I missed a day of my allergy meds or the smoke, but my allergies are acting up today. Only one nostril is functioning properly at any given time, and yet they're both able to be drippy and gross. Go figure. Anyway, just wanted to say a quick "Happy Memorial Day" to everyone that stops by. Enjoy the day! |
